FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instruments for needle-free injection of a fluid carrying an active substance. The instrument has a first line for dispensing a first fluid, which is a working fluid, from the first opening of the first line in the axial direction to a post-acceleration zone, and a second line for directing a second fluid, which is a fluid carrying an active substance, to a post-acceleration zone in the axial direction.
EFFECT: moreover, the instrument is designed in such a way that the flow rate of the first fluid from the first hole into the subsequent acceleration zone exceeds the flow rate of the second fluid in the axial direction at the level of the first hole so that the components of the second fluid, due to its entry into the subsequent acceleration zone, receive subsequent acceleration in the axial direction from the first fluid entering the subsequent acceleration zone.
