SUBSTANCE: system contains primary main pipe, which has flexible wall surrounding primary flow passage and is made for placement near tissue section. Flexible wall has internal surface with multiple projections, passing from part of internal surface and into primary flow passage. In flexible wall made are multiple holes, which pass through flexible wall and communicate with primary flow passage. First pipeline has outlet, which communicates in flowing manner with primary flow passage for supply of lower pressure through primary flow passage, and multiple holes. Second pipeline has outlet, located near primary flow passage or first pipeline outlet. Second pipeline communicates with primary flow passage or first pipeline outlet by means of flowing medium in order to realise blowing of occlusions in primary flow passage or first pipeline outlet, or near them. Described are additional versions of system, which differ by blowing means, and method of tissue growth stimulation with system application.
