FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and aims at developing the method and device for preparing concrete mixes. Proposed method comprises mixing cement powder with tempering fluid in reaction chamber constricted by semi-circular shell ring from below. Said semi-circular shell ring has its axis located in horizontal plane. Said reaction chamber is constricted by two flat walls on its sides. Note that mixing is performed on extruding cement mix by pulsating jets into reaction chamber due to intermittent feed of air via pulsoline into pulsation chamber communicated with aforesaid reaction chamber, as well as due to releasing air therefrom.

EFFECT: higher homogeneity of concrete mix, reduced power consumption.
