FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, is intended for pulsating intensive non-sparing mixing and suspension of solid materials in a liquid and can be used in enterprises of chemical, food, pharmaceutical industry, as well as in the production of non-ferrous, rare, rare-earth and radioactive compounds. Hydropneumatic device of the pulsating mixing apparatus contains a working chamber, coaxially with which the outer shell and the middle shell, opened at the bottom, are installed, as well as a discharge nozzle with a rod inside the working chamber. Saddle of the suction valve is attached to the lower part of the rod, which is installed with the possibility of longitudinal axial movement, and in the upper part of the rod, the cup is installed in such a way that, at the lower position of the rod, the upper edge of the discharge nozzle is located above the lower edge of the cup. Bottom of the working chamber is made with a central hole under the saddle of the suction valve and is located outside the outer shell cavity. Lids of the working chamber and the middle shell are equipped with impulse nozzles. Nozzles are made in the walls and bottom of the outer shell. Ratio of the working chamber and the middle shell diameters to the apparatus diameter is 0.16–0.18 and 0.24–0.26, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of mixing throughout the apparatus with a reduction in energy consumption, which improves the operational features of the device.
