SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials for construction and heat insulation purposes. The light-weight foam cement composition contains the following, wt %: portland cement 60-70, a siliceous component - amorphous silica - diatomite of a fraction smaller than 0.5 mm 1-4, crushed foamed polyurethane wastes of a fraction smaller than 0.5 mm 4-6, aqueous solution of a surfactant - 1-2% solution of Neonol AF9-12 5-10, hardening water 20-21.
EFFECT: high strength and simple manufacturing technology.
