FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for production of construction porous heat-insulation materials with density of 250-600 kg/m3. In method for production of autoclave-free organic-inorganic especially light concrete, which includes mixing of Portland cement and filler - quartz sand with module of 1.5 with crushed wastes of polyurethane foam with fraction of 5-15 mm or 2-6 mm, mixing of prepared mass with technical foam on the basis of 1% solution of amine oxide, which is prepared in foam generator of gerotor type, placement of produced foam concrete mix in molds, hardening in air, thermal processing, mentioned mix is exposed to vibration in molds with cantledge sequentially on the lower and upper side at the pressure of 0.01 MPa at the following ratio of components, wt %: Portland cement 25-60, quartz sand 0-30, mentioned wastes of polyurethane foam 0.5-3.5, mentioned technical foam - the rest.
EFFECT: increased strength of light concrete, elimination of multicomponentness.
