SUBSTANCE: small highly efficient gas generator system 10 comprises injector tube unit 14, tube unit of gasification chamber 18, narrowing tube unit 22 and heat exchange tube unit of cooling 26. Injector tube unit 14 is designed for injection of dry suspension flow into tube unit of gasification chamber 18 and introduction of reagent in flow to carry out chemical reaction, when gaseous product and melt slag are produced. Tube unit of gasification chamber 18, narrowing tube unit 22 and heat exchange tube cooling unit 26 comprise inserts from ceramic matrix composite material (CMCM), on inner surfaces of which a protective layer is produced from solidified slag.
EFFECT: reduced total capital costs for gasification and increased efficiency factor of gasification systems.
