FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises: substitute natural gas (SNG) producing system consisting of gasifier for production of synthetic gas, synthetic gas radiant cooler (SGRC) intended for cooling synthetic gas by heat transfer from synthetic gas to fluid in the flow path, wherein SGRC has length varying from approximately 21.3 m (70 feet) up to approximately 30.5 m (100 feet), and methanation unit intended for SNG production. At that fluid flow path leaves SGRC and passes through methanation unit, wherein generated pressure and temperature of fluid in fluid flow path are based on quantity of heat subject to transfer from methanation unit to medium in the fluid flow path at passage through methanation unit, at that fluid medium comprises water coming from steam turbine through the second fluid low path between the steam turbine and SGRC, and methanation unit includes heat exchanger and methanation unit is placed in the second fluid flow path between the steam turbine and SGRC.
EFFECT: usage of this invention allows more effective energy production.
