SUBSTANCE: stitched with fibrous web fillet is proposed, which has more than one layer of base, with an elastic surface layer, containing the usual layer of base, elastic layer of base, and at least two layers of webs sewed in both layers of the base for connecting them with each other. Elasticity of tape is due to elastic fibers used to create an elastic layer.
EFFECT: increase of fillet elasticity.
