FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises anode, cathode, electrolyser casing with its inlet branch pipe connected to air filter and its outlet branch pipe connected with the engine air intake pipeline and nozzle to feed electrolyte water solution. Electrolyser casing represents a cylindrical sealed cathode. Anode represents a perforated cylinder with dielectric perforated gaskets concentrically secured therein nearby cylinder faces. Note here that electrolyser inlet branch pipe represents a diffuser to receive electrolyte and comprises bypass pipeline with hydraulic control valve communicated with the engine air intake pipeline. Electrolyser outlet branch pipe incorporates a drip pan. Electrolyser bottom part incorporates overflow pipe with check valve communicated with electrolyte tank.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of internal combustion engine.
