SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises cathode, anode secured in cathode cavity, diffuser branch pipe to feed and spray electrolyte in cathode cavity by means of pump and feed air from filter by controlled dispenser, outlet branch pipe with spray separator, and cathode cavity communicated via bypass tube with tank. Said diffuser branch pipe is made up of ejector to feed and spray electrolyte in cathode cavity by means of pump and feed atmospheric air from filter by controlled dispenser into said cavity. Note here that electrolyte feed is carried out by controlled dispenser.
