FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: wave gear drive comprises case (1), two rigid wheels (2, 3), flexible wheel (4), generator of waves (5), master (6) and output (7) shafts. Rigid wheel (2) is fixed in case. Rigid wheel (3) is arranged jointly with output shaft (7). Flexible wheel (4) is made of steel base ring (8) fixed to tape made of bearing layer - thin metal cylindrical shell (12) and elastic binder (15), and has two external gear rims, which by means of generator are engaged with rims of rigid wheels. Generator (5) is arranged as disk and double-wave.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency, to lower requirements to precision of gearings manufacturing, to reduce weight and dimensional characteristics, smoothness and quietness of gear operation, to reduce dynamic loads by accurate balancing of wave generator.
