SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, and more specifically to electromechanical drive. Rotary motion production device comprises housing, output shaft installed in supports, two wave gear flexible deformed wheels, two composite deformation waves two-wave piezo-generators, deforming flexible gear or friction wheels and levers. Single-arm levers composite supports are made double-row in axial direction. Each single-arm lever is equipped with tension adjusting device between deformable wheels and piezoelectric transducers, made in form of system of two screw-nut transmissions with helical lines different directions threads. On each single-arm lever ends journals spherical ball bearings are installed, moving in fixed base openings and located in resilient contact with deformable wheels.
EFFECT: reduced radial dimensions.
