SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to design of connection head of high pressure pipe for fuel supply in order to avoid clearance between circular ledge and opposite part, by means of substantial installation of pipe length in axial direction of connection head and to obtain sufficient sealing capability, to prevent leak in process of peening with high pressure of at least 300 MPa. Design of connection head of high pressure line for fuel supply comprises, at connection end section of thick-walled steel pipe of small diametre, spherical mount surface, circular ledge, and round conical surface, which passes continuously from mount surface, where orifice and fixture nut are assembled. When thick-walled steel pipe of small diametre has t (wall thickness)/D (external diametre) <0.3, distance L1 in axial direction of pipe from end of connection head to back surface of circular ledge makes from 0.38 D to 0.7 D, radius R of case of spherical mount surface makes from 0.45 D to 0.65 D, and external diametre D1 of circular ledge makes from 1.2 D to 1.4 D, where internal spherical surface of connection head comprises double-stage conical surface, having contour of section in axial direction of steel pipe, which expands to outlet hole of pipe. Version of connection head design is described.
EFFECT: invention improves device reliability.
