FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in manufacture of high pressure bottles and cylinders designed for long-time storage and transportation of compressed and liquefied gases, mostly, fire extinguishers. Proposed bottle has housing with neck and bushing welded to neck. Outer surface of cylindrical bushing is two-step, larger diameter step being arranged inside housing. Neck of housing is in contact with smaller diameter step. Neck and bottom of housing which is essentially a tube are formed by preparation of tube ends to form segments connected by butt welds. Method comes to forming of neck on housing, fixing of bushing in neck and forming of bottom with subsequent sealing of butt-joints. Housing of bottle is made from tube by preparation of pre-end to form segments, then forming of neck and connecting the neck with smaller step of bushing with subsequent sealing by means of butt welds. Larger diameter step of bushing is arranged inside bottle. Then bottom is formed with subsequent sealing by means of butt welds. EFFECT: improved reliability. 3 cl, 12 dwg
