FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: lighting installation comprises a wireless radio frequency transmitter designed for distance signal transmission to a receiver, a driver of one or more light sources is adjusted and shade formation is minimised on the created lighting field. In one version of the invention, the transmitter is small-sized and made of biocompatible materials. The device can be reusable if sterilised, or disposable. Thereby, the transmitter can be packed in a sterile container and then placed in the device either in the surgical field, or thereon, or thereat. Also the present invention discovers a group of lighting installations which are spaced from each other, and nevertheless create the focused, intensive lighting field of maximum visibility approach line thanks to a separate (buried) arrangement of the light sources. The buried arrangement allows more effective application of the overhead working space.
EFFECT: enabled real-time following of the surgical field and creation of the optimal conditions of the surgical field lighting.
