FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves reception of servicing requests, selection of high-priority requests and their transmission to corresponding execution units of the computer system for execution. After reception, the class of the request is determined, resource demands of the request are calculated, efficiency of servicing the request is determined and the request is put into a servicing queue to a virtual computer resource which is a group of computational nodes of the same class. Multiple user requests are classified and grouped into classes and the function for calculating the resource intensity of the request for each class is determined. Resource intensity of the request is determined. A scheme of request requirements for computing resources is created and sent into a queue corresponding to the group of computational nodes of the same type.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the method of managing servicing of user requests in a distributed computer system with a dynamically varying composition of execution units and considerable variation of values of parametres of a stream of requests.
