FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises N flat phased arrays adjacent to each other and arranged in circular belts, covering axisymmetric surface of double curvature, distribution device connected to channels of transfer and channels of reception. Flat phased subarrays are arranged as identical in design, in the form of transceiving active phased arrays with rectangular apertures and are located so that in each covering circular belt number of subarrays is equal to three. In each subsequent covering layer of smaller size number of subarrays is less than in the previous covering belt by three. Survey of hemispherical space is carried out by phase-conformal method simultaneously by three beams so that projections of these beams to azimuthal plane are distant from each other by 120°.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability, higher energy potential, reduced time for survey of hemispherical space, higher accuracy of targets finding and improved noise immunity.
