FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: short-pulse radar contains a flat send-receive active phased antenna lattice divided by axial lines into four flat adjoining sub-lattices, each of which contains, at least, one send-receive module structurally integrated with a linear antenna lattice of radiators, and one reception unit. The radar in addition contains a modulator of short-pulse radiated signals, a reference signal synthesizer, a control and digital signal preprocessing unit, the base and rotary device for providing of circular panorama, as well as the operator workstation.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality of the device due to high-precision measurement of three-dimensional position of objects in space and their speed.
