SUBSTANCE: multiplex signalling channel may be used in a communication system with orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) for signalling, confirming and notifying control of power to access terminals inside the system. The multiplex signalling channel may compare reserved logic resources which may be allocated for subcarriers, OFDM characters or combination thereof.
EFFECT: formation of resource allocation channels which ensure reliable connection.
