SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, such as a cellular communication network, and is intended to improve voice over IP capability and mitigate interference. A wireless communication network comprises at least one base station which is communicatively connected to at least one mobile terminal. The bandwidth of the wireless communication network is divided into a plurality of zones at the base station. Resource blocks are formed at the base station for receiving data symbols transmitted over the wireless communication network. A plurality of resource blocks are merged at the base station to form a physical basic channel block allocated to one of the plurality of zones at the base station. Rearrangement is performed over the physical basic channel block to form logical basic channel block.

EFFECT: providing a channel for communicatively linking a base station and a mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal is able to send a message for granting access and identifying a user to the base station, for transmitting data in a logical basic channel block.
