SUBSTANCE: method involves sending a request for generation and initiation of a service key from a service node to a key server, whereby the request identifies the client and the service node; generation of a service key in the key server using identifiers of the client, service node, basic confidential information and additional information; sending the service key to the service node together with the additional information; sending said additional information from the service node to the client; and generation of said service key using said additional information and basic key in the client. The client must not establish connection with the key server to carry out said tasks.
EFFECT: faster delivery of information to a client by a key server, where the said information is needed for establishing safe association between the client and a service node.
