SUBSTANCE: method of authentication includes requesting subscriber authentication information by a unit of initial start-up authentication from a reference register of location via the first interface using the first protocol in the format of a message of the mobile communication subsystem protocol, at the same time the request includes a mobile subscriber identifier; requesting setting parameters of safety for the specified subscriber from the database of setting parameters of safety, separate from the reference register of location, via the second interface using the protocol, which differs from the first protocol, at the same time the specified database of the setting parameters of safety is the database of the setting parameters for users of a common architecture of the initial start-up; getting a response from the reference register of location, including a vector of authentication, corresponding to a mobile subscriber identifier.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of network configuration modification.
