SUBSTANCE: outfit comprises a frame with center hoes fixed on it and rollers batteries. The outfit also has rotatory working bodies with subsoil ploughs and its own mechanism for adjusting the depth of work. The rotary working bodies are kinematically connected with rollers through universal joints and a notching speeder. Under the rollers the retaining plates are additionally installed on brackets of adjustable length.
EFFECT: improvement of quality of preseeding treatment of soil by retaining-impact fracture of soil clods across the entire width of cut of the unit.
