FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of production includes preparation of the recipe components, their cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres, oyster plant frying and mincing. Barley, oat and rye grains are roasted and mixed with oyster plant. One performs extraction of the produced mixture with drinking water at phases ratio of 1:(6-7) at preset process parametres; the produced extract is filtered. The syrup (with dry substances content 22 - 29%) is prepared based on the extract; apples and syrup are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce boiled fruits content in the finished product and extend its storage life.
