FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and aims at treating dystrophic diseases of retina and optic nerve. A diagnostic vegetative resonance test (VRT) is administered with the 'Imedis' hardware-software complex 'Expert-Fol'. Electric bioelectric potentials in a reproduced BAP are recorded, and simultaneously an eye is exposed to bipolar impulses supplied by a magnetic inductor of this apparatus. The frequency values 7.0; 19.5; 19.75; 50.0; 50.5; 93.5; 65.5; 74.5; 79.5; 93.5; 94.5 Hz are applied. The frequencies not reaching 80 standard units are detected. Then patient's palms and feet are placed on 'hand' and 'foot' bioresonance therapy (BRT) electrode plates for, while a 'frontal' BRT-electrode plate is fixed on an eyeball. The 'frontal' electrode plate is covered with a magnetic inductor connected to a magnetotherapy socket. Further, exposure to the detected electromagnetic frequencies follows for 2 minutes and more to ensure the electric values of a reference of 80 standard units in the reproduced BAP. The therapeutic course is 7-10 daily sessions. Right after the procedures, pharmacotherapy is administered to intensify the functional activity of nerve cells.

EFFECT: method allows better hemodynamics in retina and optic nerve and capillary perfusion with improved drug delivery.
