SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out structural-resonance electromagnetic therapy upon "REMATERP" device for the period of 43 min in scanning mode N43, 10 procedures/course at a 2-d-long interval during 1 mo. Simultaneously, it is necessary to fulfill antioxidant therapy with preparation "Vitrum Vision" per 1 tablet twice daily for 1 mo. The suggested innovation enables to decrease the percentage of disease progressing nature, decrease the quantity of complicated forms and the percentage of surgical interferences.
