FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and to an absorbent product, such as a sanitary towel or a hygienic pad or similar, having two lateral zones and an in-between central zone, and the absorbent product comprises an upper layer consisting of a laminate from the first layer of the perforated material, and the second layer of the material. The invention differs by the fact that the first layer of the material covers at least two lateral zones and that the second layer of the material covers both two lateral zones, and the central zone, and the upper layer is bent on the same so that to form a Z-shaped cross section overlap, and the overlapped parts are attached through an internal attachment zone. Also the invention refers to a method for making such absorbent product.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to reduce leakage, to improve air permeability of the product.
