SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and devices designed to coat pipe inner surface and can be used in construction and repair of main pipelines in chemical, oil and gas industries, etc. Proposed complex comprises material heater and coat layer application appliance, both being arranged on moving module and furnished with rotation drive. Moving module is connected via cable with power source mounted at the pipe end. Said moving module communicates via pipeline with accumulator of material arranged at the pipe end and intended for creation of aforesaid layer. Aforesaid rotation drive incorporates adjuster of rotation speed and/or swinging angle and rate.
EFFECT: possibility to coat pipe inner surface.
