SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline construction. Proposed method comprises traditional technological pipeline preparation and running operations. Then a movable complex, e.g. a caterpillar train, or the like, is produced. This complex is move at the pipeline start to fix one end of prepared pipe and the other end is fitted into outlet of unit 3 designed to continuously produce plastic pipeline to be mounted at aforesaid complex. The latter is moved along the pipeline at the rate of plastic pipe continuous production. Proposed complex comprises platform 1 with power plant to drive the complex and allow continuous production of plastic pipes. Platform 2 carried above described unit 3. The latter can represent one- or multi-layer extruder. The complex comprises additionally platform 4 to store produced plastic pipes.
EFFECT: reduced transportation costs increased strength of pipeline.
