FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric power supply for electrified railways. Proposed system comprises transformer substations, power transformers with taps "a", "b" and "c", rail circuits with insulating joints and impendence bond with secondary winding, junction resistors, traction load, grounding circuits, grounded rails, secondary railway rails and outgoing feeders, ADC units, registration units, comparator unit and indication unit, and current transducers. Transformer substations are interconnected via contact circuit via taps "a" or "b" and rail circuits. One traction load output is connected to contact and another one is connected with rail circuits. Taps "c" are connected via grounded rails with grounding circuits. Outgoing feeders and secondary railway rails are connected with rail circuits via midpoints of taps of impendence bonds with secondary winding. Current transducers are connected in connection conductors and to ADC units connected with indication unit via registration unit and comparator unit connected in series.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
