SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation and can be used in ship ACS. Device comprises track course automatic controller connected with rudder drive and transducer of the ship barycenter coordinates, transducer of track course, transducer of angular speed of ship horizontal turn, transducers of ship speed and rudder deflection. Proposed device additionally incorporates the unit to compute theoretical course path from initial point to preset straight course in narrow waterway and permanent memory unit connected with preset parametres computer and that to compute track course controller control signal.
EFFECT: possibility to automatically put ship on preset straight course and keep it thereon.
