SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to packing machine and method of fabricating packages with shrink film. Proposed machine has mould for deep drawing intended for producing package containers from shrink film web by deep drawing and thermal sealing device made up of top and bottom parts. The latter device serves to thermally seal package containers by top shrink film. Deep drawing mould is cooled in drawing. Thermal sealing device top and/or bottom parts are cooled in thermal sealing of package containers by shrink films. Proposed method comprises package container 8 is produced by thermal sealing of package container by top film 14 from shrink polymer film. Package container 8 has thermally sealed section. Film web is, first, partially heated, while thermally sealed section is partially cooled prior to and in deer drawing. In thermal sealing of package container 8 by film 14, the latter and/or package container 8 is cooled.
EFFECT: control over film shrinkage, ruling out of top film heating outside thermal seam.
