FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed packing machine comprises the stations of deep drawing for forming of lacking chute in commercial web and heat sealing for solid bonding of the upper cover film on commercial web and the cutter for separation of blanks. Note here that prior to solid bonding, the chute is evacuated and/or filled with gas. The machine operates in stepwise manner and incorporates a vacuum accumulation chamber the vacuum volume required for one step. Fabrication of the packages of the commercial web fed in steps along the packing machine comprises forming of one or several packing chutes to be filled with packing material. Note here that the cover film is thermally soldered to the chute. Vacuum is created in soldered chute and/or gas exchange is performed before heat soldering. Note here that at least major portion of vacuum volume required for one step is created for the [period of thermal soldering and/or during the commercial web in the packing machine area.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
