FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: mini-drive can be used in drives of automatic control systems, robotic engineering, high-precision and power hydraulic mechanisms. Mini-drive consists of harmonic drive containing rigid gear 1, rolling bodies - rollers 2, multiple-row separator 3 connected to output shaft 4, wave generator representing stiff rings 5, hydraulic engine containing stator in the form of cylinder block 6 with plungers 7, control engine 8, with distributing roller 9, power bearing and housing. Supply and discharge connection pipes of working body 10 are connected via channels to distribution device. The latter consists of distributing roller 9 and four plates 11 arranged after wave generator, which have grooves and holes connecting the supply and discharge zone to groups of cylinders. Rotor of hydraulic engine consists of stiff rings 5. Housing 12 of mini-drive has covers 13 and 14 one edges. Each of stiff rings 5 is supported with its row of plungers 7. On side surface of block of cylinders 6 there located are annular grooves connected by means of connecting channels to plungers 7. Cover 14 has on the side facing the distribution device the annular grooves connected to supply and discharge connection pipes of working medium 10. Distribution device 9 fixed on the shaft of control engine 8 has the shape of disc in which arc-shaped grooves are made. Turbine blades 15 which provide the disc movement in one direction owing to special shape of blade profile are located on outer cylindrical surface of distributing roller 9. Nozzle 16 for supply of working medium flow to turbine blades 15 is located in housing 12 of the drive actuator. Nozzle is connected to power source through valve 17. At normal operation of hydraulic drive, valve 17 is de-energised, and working medium does not enter nozzle 16.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of installing the output shaft of the drive to extremely fixed position at switched off electric control signal in emergency situation and simplifying the design of channels connecting the cylinders to cavities of supply and discharge of working medium of the distribution device.
