FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in blood of patients with chronic obstructive lung disease defined are content of CD3+ CD16-, IgE, spontaneous proliferation of T-lymphocytes (activated cells), percent of lymphocytes with increased quantity of DNA (G1-phase), phagocytic index, stimulated by zymosan test with nitro-blue tetrazolium (NBT- induced) is carried out. If values of CD3+ CD16- content are over 1.85·103, IgE over 330 IU/ml, of spontaneous proliferation less than 20%, percent of lymphocytes with increased DNA (G1-phase) quantity less than 1.9 phagocytic index over 52, stimulated by zymosan test with nitro-blue tetrazolium over 38% lung cancer development is predicted.
EFFECT: application of claimed method allows to predict development of disease accurately.
