FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in electronic industry, in particular to manufacture miniature supercapacitors of high capacity - varistors, which find various application, also as source of energy of pacemakers. According to invention, stoichiometric powdery mixture is prepared from rubidium iodide (RbI) and silver iodide (AgI), mixture is melted in atmosphere of nitrogen or argon at the temperature of 300-320°C and mixed by means of bubbling with nitrogen or argon, simultaneous cooling of melt and its dispersion are carried out by means of centrifugal dispersion of melt in atmosphere of nitrogen or argon to produce microspheres with particle size of 100-500 mcm, which are then thermally treated. Thermal treatment of microspheres is carried out at the temperature of 180-195°C for at least 400 hours in atmosphere of nitrogen or argon.

EFFECT: improved ion conductivity and reduced electronic conductivity.
