MULTIFUNCTIONAL ELECTRIC MECHANISM OF INTERNAL WIRING Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC H01H23/02 

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: multifunctional electric mechanism is designed for use in applications of internal wiring and in cases of surface mounting and consists of case (1) fixed to support ring (56) and equipped with external operation key (16). Hollow internal area of case (1) comprises mutually replaceable sets of contacts (22, 23, 24, 30, 32 and 34) for realisation of various applications of mechanism as switch. Case (1) is characterised by side fixtures (2). Rocker (13) sends pressure applied to key (16), to rocking contact (21), and is characterised by two hinged joints (18) with a single rocking contact (21). Closed contact (23) of crossover switch is produced by means of soldering with soft solder, is provided with partition (53) as protection against electric arc generation. System is proposed for fixation of contacts, as well as a method of quick connection keys (11) blocking when used in structure of control signal lamp (5), contacts of which, due to its rotation from one position into another provide for the possibility to change its functioning between control signal lamp and illumination. Mechanism may be extracted from front part without necessity to remove a support ring (56).

EFFECT: provision of possibility for instant replacement of mechanism elements.
