FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: circuit breaker mechanism contains the upper and lower semi-modules of the circuit breaker, made by injection moulding from thermoplastic material with 20-30% glass fibre filling, a mounting flange and mounting foot, made by cold stamping from galvanized tape, a support rail and a contactor jumper, made by cold stamping from brass tape , rocker arm and contactor bar made by cold stamping from a brass-steel-brass bimetallic strip, an element for sliding on the surface of the rocker arm when turning on or off. Between the upper and lower half-modules, the following components are located: a support rail complete with a screw and a terminal nut; a rocker arm with a pressed electrical contact; a support rail connected by contact welding to a contactor jumper with a pressed-in electrical contact, complete with a screw and a terminal nut, and a mounting foot. An element is attached to the upper half-module for sliding along the surface of the rocker relative to the contactor bus and the support one.
EFFECT: increased strength and resistance to corrosion.
