FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: float switch is designed for system of centrifugal pump control and includes vertical case connected to water pipe and fixed cover with round hole, a float of axisymmetric shape arranged in case and made of two rigidly connected cylinders with circular stage, besides, upper part of float is arranged in cover hole, and a sealing circular gasket is arranged at circular stage, and movable contact is fixed at upper end of float with the possibility to close the circuit.
EFFECT: float has positive floatability and provides for reliable sealing of system in process of centrifugal pump control.
