FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: roller of impact action consists of axial cylinder element with radial guiding rods rigidly secured to it and arranged discretely and regularly in parallel planes and with impact components travelling along guides and interacting with treated surface. Also, the radial guiding rods are positioned inside the impact components. Ends of radial guiding rods lying in one plane are rigidly interconnected with a circular rim. Impact components have a circular slot in a lower section. The slot eliminates their interaction with the circular rim at impact against treated surface.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of roller operation.
