FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: power control circuit dynamically allocates or removes markers from a separate repeatedly used radio communication user channel based on transmission power quality in the channel. When removed from a channel, a market prevents conventional power control, thus keeping transmission power in the channel at the current level. During allocation or reallocation, a marker restores conventional power control, thus allowing dynamic variation of transmission power in the channel in accordance with conventional power control.
EFFECT: higher transmission capacity of a cell, as well as stable repeated use of frequency.
