FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to device for complex examination of vegetative nervous system state. Device contains active sensors of biosignals, selected from the series of active sensors of electrocardiography, electroencephalography, electromyography, photopletismography, respiration, galvanic skin response, tremor sensor. Sensors are connected via biosignal pre-amplifiers with ADC based on synchronous sigma-delta modulators. ADC is connected with microcontroller, connected via galvanic uncoupling unit, ensuring safety of examined person during examination from overload to 4 kV, with interface converter, from which data are transmitted to personal computer.

EFFECT: application of invention ensures possibility of adaptation for various clinical tasks, increase of number of patient's tested functional parametres and accuracy of their measurement, as well as simplification of construction and technology of manufacturing.
