FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used to study the violations of the mechanisms of microvessels tonus regulation. Method of investigation includes recording changes in vascular tonus during and after a functional load. In this case, data processing is performed using continuous wavelet analysis in the frequency bands corresponding to the endothelial (0.0095–0.02 Hz), neurogenic (> 0.02–0.05 Hz), myogenic (> 0.05–0.14 Hz) mechanisms of microvessels tonus regulation. As a functional load, a heat test is performed. To do this, the temperature of the patient's test area of the patient is recorded continuously. During the first 1–2 minutes, the temperature of the skin surface under investigation is increased to 38–42 ºC. Fix the heating power in order to maintain a constant average temperature of the surface of the skin being examined. Record temperature fluctuations during 10 minutes of the heat sample and turn off the heating. Then, for 10 minutes after switching off the heating and cooling to a temperature of 30–32 ºC, the registration of skin temperature fluctuations is continued. Then, based on the processing of comparative data on the variations in the temperature values during and after the thermal sample, a corresponding mechanism of disturbances in the microvessels tonus regulation is judged. Electronic temperature recorder for carrying out the method according to the invention comprises a remote temperature sensor provided with a heating unit, an analog-to-digital converter, a microcontroller that transmits data to a personal computer through an interface. One chip of the ADC chip contains a three-channel multiplexer, an instrument amplifier, a reference voltage source, controlled current source and sigma-delta ADC unit itself. Microcontroller includes Flash program memory, RAM, non-volatile memory, UART interface for PC communication, interface SPI for communication with ADC. Temperature logger contains the optoisolator between the heating unit and the measuring circuit, optoisolator between the measuring circuit and the PC, the power supply unit with the galvanic isolation unit. Remote sensor includes a bridge measuring circuit with a thermistor and SMD resistor based heating block.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy, reliability, and simplification of studies of disturbances in the mechanisms microvessels tonus regulation is achieved.
