FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical equipment and can be used for making dental prostheses. Apparatus for making dental prostheses made from metal by computer milling. It comprises two detachable platforms of triangular shape. Upper and lower platforms in the center have a magnetic element with screw fixation with possibility of replacement. Lower platform has retentional elements for fixation of the device into the CAD/CAM system scanner. Upper platform coaxially moves vertically by means of three metal hexagonal guides of cylindrical shape, rigidly fixed in corners of lower platform. Upper end of the guides has a thread and limits upper movement of the upper platform by winging nuts. Lower movement of the upper platform limits the hollow combined bushings threaded on metal platforms with the possibility of being replaced with sizes depending on the height of plaster model bases. Device contains an additional platform for cold polymerisation of plastic for making removable and fixed dental prostheses, made of metal in the form of base dental flask, which has three rings around the edges for movement along metal guides.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is accurate reproduction of the dental prosthesis by wax or polymer prototype, reinforced with retentional dental units by methods of cold, hot polymerisation, as well as computer modelling and production methods.
