FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous counter-flow extraction from solid materials by liquefied gases and can be used in lab analysis of optimum extraction conditions in liquefied gases. Proposed extractor comprises closed-tube casing, encased transfer mechanism consisting of top and bottom parts with the drive made up of continuous chain with runs arranged one above the other and mesh elements secured thereon, loading and unloading devices with drives and ACS. Note here that case top and bottom parts are jointed by vertical and inclined sections, while transfer mechanism drive comprises cartridge with lengthwise slots arranged on vertical section between flanges of said top and bottom parts. Note here that said cartridge supports slide with side branch pipes accommodating movable spring-loaded thrusts. Chamfered end faces of the latter enter said lengthwise slot of the cartridge. Besides, ends of said movable thrusts support permanent magnets, while magnet-controlled contacts are arranged on flanges of said side branch pipes. Said slide is coupled with pneumatic cylinder rod by bracket. Said mesh elements are secured on the chain with identical spacing and comprises meshes and rings from antifriction material arranged between perforated metal plates.
EFFECT: intensified extraction due to higher pressure of extracting agent and automated operation.
