FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for continuous counter flow extraction from solid materials by liquefied and supercritical gases in food, pharmaceutical and microbiological industries. Proposed plant comprises extractor 1, fluid pump 2, compressor 3 with receiver 4, gas holder 5 and extract collector 6. Extractor 1 communicates via pipelines and shut-off valves with fluid pump inlet and outlet and gas holder 5. Extractor 1 incorporates gate device 7 and 8 to load/unload the stock. Every gate device 7 and 8 comprises two full-bore valves 9, 10 and 12, 13. Cups 11 and 14 are arranged between aforesaid valves to communicate via pipelines with fluid pump 2, receiver 3 of compressor 4 and gas holder 5. Throttle 35 arranged on gas holder 5 is furnished with fast-operation drive to be cut in/out depending upon readings of temperature gage 34. Throttle 35 and pipelines communicating cups 11, 14 and extractor 1 with gas holder 5 are heated.
EFFECT: higher degree of extraction and extraction intensification due to increased solvent pressure and extractor reloading without outage.
