FIELD: waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plant for the processing of solid municipal and industrial waste using low-temperature thermolysis. The installation for low-temperature thermolysis processing of organic solid municipal and industrial waste contains a tubular reactor with a helical conveying body of continuous action and sealing loading and unloading devices with separate drives, devices for cleaning, cooling and condensing the vapor-gas mixture. The loading feeder-shutter-deagglomerator is installed at an angle to the horizontal α=45-90° and is made in the form of technological blocks installed in series along the direction of material movement, including: a helical blade, a cylindrical channel for stabilizing the density of the material with perforated plates and elastic seals surrounding the body, placed in a sealed shell with a plasticizing liquid component inside, a screw conical mover of a compacted mass of material, located in a conical housing with a diameter expanding towards the unloading of the material, coupled with the latter, a knife device, composed of cutting plates fixed on the shaft with sharpened edges along the edges, located along the helical surface in the direction of unloading and an offset angle along the circumference ϕ=90°, as well as two-turn unloading blades made up of rods fixed on the shaft in an arcuate cylindrical unloading socket, coupled with a tubular reactor. At the same time, the tubular reactor is made up of two parallel cylindrical housings installed in a vertical plane with cantilevered spiral conveying elements and individual drives located in the unloading part of the upper and loading parts of the lower cylindrical housings connected by a sealing shaft, in the upper part of which, on the outer surface of the spiral the transporting body of the upper cylindrical body, the classifying grid for the selection of large inclusions of heat-treated products is fixed. Wherein the formed mesh cylinder of material classification is connected along the horizontal axis with a vertically installed column, inside which sealing bulk shelves are placed. In the unloading part of the lower cylindrical body there is a feeder-gate with arcuate blades fixed on an eccentrically mounted shaft, which are in contact with the sealing plates.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of thermolysis processing of SMW with different physical and mechanical characteristics, improving the quality of the products obtained, as well as the operational reliability of the tubular reactor and its devices.
