FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shears with hydraulic pump intended for repair, mounting and rescue works. Proposed shears comprise handle, casing, fork, sleeve, working tools representing knives fitted on common axle to turn thereabout, force transfer mechanism made up of crank coupled with manual hydraulic pump, tank, protective case, knives switch-and-lock mechanisms, fasteners, safety elements and those to carry shears. Elements to carry shears represent two detachable belts, while handle is provided with shaped plate coupled with fork and protective case. Belts are secured, by one ends, with loop that can turn through 360° on tank cover top while, by opposite ends, with handle shaped plate in symmetry about its geometrical vertical axis.

EFFECT: ruling belts twisting, better operating conditions.
