FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cutting appliances to be used in repair, mounting and rescue operations. Proposed shears comprise cutting head, swing clip with fixed blade interacting with moving blade arranged in cutting head case to reciprocate therein and interact with power cylinder, and latch to fasten cutting head case with swing clip. Shears have two axles fitted in cutting head case, parallel each other and perpendicular to cutting plane, that serve to fasten said latch and swing clip to cutting head case. Note here that clip inner side and swing clip are provided with slots to prevent moving blade from turning and displacing in cutting plane.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced weight and sizes.
